Apple Kombucha Style Cooler

Black tea is fermented in house with a live culture, then infused with freshly pressed apple juice and a pinch of cinnamon. It's crisp, tangy and gently sparkling, with the apple's natural sweetness balancing the kombucha's sour edge. The cinnamon adds a subtle warmth that makes it taste a little like a sparkling apple pie, and it's lighter than a cider.

It's poured over ice into a tall glass with a thin slice of apple and a cinnamon stick. It's a refreshing match for pork and gammon dishes, as well as autumn puddings. Rounder and more mellow than our ginger or lemon kombucha-style coolers, it's a good first choice for anyone new to fermented teas.
